You have to maintain the energy to an optimum level always.

Remember, as above so below! This is the law of correspondence. What you exhibit, you tend to attract similar vibrations. 

If you exhibit frequent anger this is not useful. Why?

Frequent anger

  • Can adversely affect your immune defense system
  • Can attract misfortune in your life
  • You are burdening the entire planet, adding up to the already existing emotional crisis 

There are many posts being shared about predictions these days. We can negate all the negative predictions. Don’t be a part of it. be aware of it but don’t get overly influenced with the predictions. Focus on the light to dispel darkness.

E.g light the lamp, daily will collectively help dispel darkness in our thoughts and all levels.

Upgrade the quality of your energy, in your chakras

  1. Chanting of mantra (e.g OM) to clear your chakras one by one. The chakras and the quality of energy in them govern our physical & psychological aspects of our life. 
  2. Right focus:
    1. In moment of crisis, do not worry, and over thinking on the negativity. Remember the power of focus. 
    2. Lets us solely focus on building up the energy and radiating positive energy to the crisis situation.
